Each ColoSure box includes colonoscopy prep-friendly essentials like laxatives, electrolyte drinks, wipes, and optional comfort add-ons. Exact contents vary by kit — Essentials, Comfort Plus, or UltraCare — so you can choose the level of support that works best for you.

Do I still follow my doctor’s instructions?
Absolutely. ColoSure kits are designed to complement your doctor’s prep plan — never replace it. Always follow the instructions provided by your physician first.

What if my doctor’s instructions are different from what’s in this kit?
Always go with your doctor’s plan. Use the items in this kit only as they fit your prescribed protocol.

When do I take the items in the kit?
Timing depends on your doctor’s instructions. Use the enclosed checklist to stay on track, and confirm with your doctor if you’re unsure.

Can I add or substitute with other drinks or foods?
Stick to clear liquids and follow your doctor’s diet plan. Avoid red, purple, or blue dyes, and don’t add foods, drinks, or supplements that aren’t listed in your prep plan unless your doctor approves.

What if I don’t finish all of the prep?
Call your doctor’s office right away. An incomplete prep can affect your procedure, and your doctor will guide you on next steps.

What if I feel sick while using the prep?
If you feel unusually sick, dizzy, or unable to keep liquids down, stop and call your doctor’s office immediately. They can tell you what to do next.
